We deliver to all countries within the EU and to the UK. We hope to add more countries to our list soon!

How long will it take until I receive my order?

Within the Netherlands, if your order is placed on business days before 22:00 pm, it will be shipped the same day. You can expect your order to be delivered the next business day. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, we ask you to be a little more patient: you can expect your order the following Tuesday. We do not ship on the following public holidays: April 18th, April 27th, May 26th and June 6th. If you order on one of these dates your order will be send the next business day. For orders shipped to a country outside the Netherlands, delivery may take slightly longer.

How will I know when my package is shipped from the warehouse?

When your package leaves the warehouse, we send an email notifying you that your package is on its way, along with a track & trace link to track your package.

After that, make sure to apply the serum on your neck and collar bones and part of the chest, also work it into your skin with your hands, applicator glove or brush. By applying to your neck and chest we ensure that the tan looks very natural, as we want to achieve a natural sun kissed look.

Should I do a patch test before applying the self-tan serum?

Yes, we recommend you to do a patch test at least 24 hours prior to applying the ROQUEBRUN. self tan products.

How can I protect my nails during the application?

It is very easy: apply some moisturiser on your nails or simply wear nail polish. Both options protect your nails from changing colour.

How long will my tan last? - Tips to pro-long your tan

PRO-LONG YOUR TAN: APPLY MOISTURISER DAILY AND AVOID TAKING LONG WORM BATHS.

Depending on how fast your body renews its cells, your tan should last approximately 7 days

How long should I wait before taking my first shower after applying the self tan?

We recommend avoiding contact with any liquids for at least 4 hours after the application of the self tan product. This way, the self tan can fully develop and provide a nice sun kissed tan.

Can I use moisturiser or hydrating lotion after self tanning?

Yes, we actually promote the usage of moisturisers or hydrating creams after the recommended develop period of 4 hours and preferably after each shower. This will help to maintain your beautiful tan longer.

Can ROQUEBRUN selftanning products stain my clothes?

No, since we don’t use any guide colours, the ROQUEBRUN. products will not stain your clothes or sheets. Keep in mind, to wait with getting dressed, until your skin is touch-dry after application in order to prevent streaks or an uneven tan.
